I just lost my favorite teacher ;__;

To overweight! He was just in his 30s, but he was overweight. Had an heartattack and died.

I don't want to lose friends to something that's 90% based on lazyness! So get your bum off that couch and go out for a walk! skip the coke, even if it's diet it's still bad! drink water or tea. Google for some healthy easy to make foods instead of those burgers or fried chicken legs! Do you want to die?

I'm sorry to hear about your teacher :hug: I know what you're going on about though as well, and sadly, obesity is going to be the number one cause of death soon with our society being reliant on fast food. I know my dad is in danger of dying like that...but does he listen? Nope.

I know.. but he also had diabetes (type 2 I believe..) so that didnt help him much either.

Sadly I think 70% of my bestbuds are overweight.. I try to talk them into changing but no.. they like their way of living apperently.

I'm sorry for the loss. To die so young is an awful thought. I'm 33 so I can't imagine losing my life to illness or obesity. It's scary. I was overweight mself at one time, but made the decision to change that. It took me 2 1/2 years but I lost 50 pounds and I haven't looked back since. It's one of the most proud achievements that I've accomplished in my life. It is a total lifestyle change and it's something that you must want to do for yourself. Now if I don't have some kind of activity in my life, I go stir crazy.
